Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days within the UK. Express delivery (1-2 business days) is available for an additional fee. International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order ID and email address.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50 within the UK. Orders under £50 have a flat shipping rate of £4.99.
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, please contact us immediately and we'll try to update the address. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
